The first round of the Champions League matches are over and it has set up some interesting clashes for the second round of the first knockout phase. I was actually planning on updating the results once the second leg gets over as well but for now, I will just give out details about some clashes that could be interesting to watch come the second leg. They will be Milan v ManU, Madrid V Lyon, Inter V Chelsea. I am looking forward to these clashes. It’s not that the rest of the matches are any less interesting but these are the ones that I will be focusing on.
My friend is a real fool! He is in Melbourne as of now but is coming back this week to take a couple of weeks off. The reason I am talking about a friend that has relocated to Australia in a blog that talks mainly about football is because of what came to my mind when he called me up and said that he was coming home. Among other things, we discussed about contact lens because this dude wanted me to fix an appointment for him with a local optometrist so that he could buy a new lens pack for himself. This happened last time as well and he bought one whole year’s supply of lenses only to throw them away because he felt that they were not comfortable. This friend of mine had been wearing spectacles since he was in the third grade. He is obviously going to feel different. So it’s pointless if he just buys again and doesn’t use them. I hope he decides wisely. However I have got him an appointment!
